Please note: by booking me you are agreeing to a 24 hour cancellation fee. This will be 33% of my hourly rate, plus any costs I may have incurred, including, but not limited to, train tickets and hotels. A postponement is possible if unforseen events occur to you. In this case the next booking date should occur within 30 days. If the second booking is also a cancellation/postponement/no-show then you will be responsible for 100% of my booking fee (for the full duration you booked me for), plus any costs I incurred.
No-shows are liable to pay the full cost of the booking plus all incurred costs. Half hour bookings that are no-shows will be charged at 1 hour rates, as the effort involved is the same. Wasted travel time is charged at 1f per minute. Non-payments will be liable to pay the full amount for the service provided, plus all incurred costs, plus 1f per minute travel time, plus all legal fees (including my time spend doing this, at my standard hourly rate) involved in getting the payment from you. This work is protected in Switzerland, so we do win court cases.
